Most orders are produced within 3–5 business days after you place your order. This includes both standard and personalized products. Production times may be slightly longer during peak seasons such as the holiday period.

Shipping typically takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress. International orders may take longer, particularly to remote areas. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing in some countries.

Yes! Several of our products support personalization, including the Personalized Name Tee and the Custom Photo Mug. For personalized items, simply enter your customization details (text, name, or upload your photo) during the ordering process. We will send a preview for approval before beginning production on photo-based items.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet started. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@favoprint.com with your order number in the subject line. Once an item enters production, we are unable to cancel the order as it has already been sent to our fulfillment partner.

We take full responsibility for production and shipping errors. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@favoprint.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Yes, Favoprint ships worldwide through our trusted fulfillment partners — Printful, Printify, and Mayzing. International shipping times vary by destination. Please note that some countries may apply import duties or taxes upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

Personalized items (such as the Personalized Name Tee or Custom Photo Mug) are made specifically for you and are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a production error. If your personalized item arrives damaged, incorrectly produced, or significantly different from your approved proof, we will fully replace or refund it. Please review your customization details carefully before placing your order.

For non-personalized products, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Please contact support@favoprint.com to initiate a return. See our full Refund Policy for complete terms and eligibility details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@favoprint.com.
