By accessing and using the website favoprint.com (the “Site”) and placing any order with Favoprint (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or placing an order.

2. About Favoprint
Favoprint is an online print-on-demand ecommerce store operated from Bab Ezzouar, Algiers, Algeria. We sell custom and ready-made print-on-demand products including t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags, wall art, and phone cases. Orders are fulfilled through our print partners — Printful, Printify, and Mayzing — and shipped directly to customers worldwide. Payments are processed in USD via Stripe.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that:
- Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Does not infringe the rights of any third party
- Does not interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
- Does not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
You must not use the Site to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violation of these Terms.
4. Product Information and Pricing
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing on our Site are accurate and up to date. However:
- Product colors and appearance may vary slightly from screen displays due to monitor settings and printing variations
- All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
- In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed or cancel
5. Orders and Payments
When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
- Order confirmation is sent by email upon successful payment
- Payment is processed at the time of order placement
- All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's Terms of Service
- We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if production has not begun
- Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled
6. Personalized Products
For products that involve personalization (such as custom text, names, or photo uploads):
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all customization details before placing your order
- By submitting custom content, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use that content
- We will not produce content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or that violates the rights of third parties
- Personalized products are made to order and are generally non-returnable unless there is a production error
- Where a proof is provided for approval, you take responsibility for any errors once you approve it
7. Shipping and Delivery
Production typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping typically takes an additional 5–14 business days depending on destination. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Favoprint is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Our return, refund, and cancellation terms are set out in detail in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key terms include:
- Returns accepted within 30 days for eligible (non-personalized) items
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no charge
- Personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a production error
- Cancellations accepted within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Favoprint website — including designs, graphics, text, logos, images, and product photographs — is owned by or licensed to Favoprint and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from our Site without our express written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying design to you beyond personal use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Favoprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or products, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Delays in production or shipping beyond our control
- Errors in customization that you have approved
- Actions or omissions of third-party fulfillment partners or shipping carriers
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Algeria and, where applicable, the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Algiers, Algeria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
