At Favoprint, we stand behind every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect — we will make it right, full stop. Your satisfaction is our priority.
1. Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Returns submitted after this period will generally not be accepted. To initiate a return, contact us at support@favoprint.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Eligible Items for Return or Refund
The following situations qualify for a return, replacement, or refund:
- Damaged items: Your order arrives physically damaged due to shipping or production
- Defective items: The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., torn seam, cracked mug)
- Misprinted items: The print quality is significantly below acceptable standards (e.g., blurry, misaligned, or faded)
- Incorrect items: You received the wrong product, size, color, or a different item entirely
- Non-personalized standard products: Standard items without customization may be returned for any reason within 30 days, provided they are in their original, unused condition
3. Personalized and Custom Products
Because personalized products (such as our Personalized Name Tee, Custom Photo Mug, and any other item made to your specifications) are produced specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a production error.
You are eligible for a replacement or full refund on a personalized item if:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or with clearly unacceptable print quality
- The item was produced differently from your approved customization details
- You received the wrong item
We are not responsible for customization errors that you submitted (e.g., typos in your custom text or low-resolution photos you uploaded). Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
4. Non-Eligible Items
The following situations do not qualify for a return or refund:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, or are not in their original condition
- Personalized items that were produced correctly as specified by the customer
- Items where the issue results from the customer selecting the wrong size, color, or model
- Minor color variations between the product and on-screen display (due to monitor calibration differences)
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, or improper care after delivery
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@favoprint.com with the subject line: “Return Request — Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Include a brief description of the issue and, where applicable, clear photographs showing the defect or damage
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with instructions
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method
In many cases of damage or defect, we do not require you to ship the item back. We will advise you on the return process on a case-by-case basis.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you by email when a refund has been issued.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet started. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@favoprint.com with your order number. Once an item enters production, cancellation is not possible as it has been sent to our fulfillment partner for printing.
If a cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. Return Shipping
If we require a physical return of an item (we will advise on a case-by-case basis):
- For items damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Favoprint will cover return shipping costs
- For change-of-mind returns on eligible standard items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
