Shipping Overview
All Favoprint products are made-to-order and produced after you place your order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days. After production, shipping takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 10–19 business days from the order date.
1. How Fulfillment Works
Favoprint is a print-on-demand store. Each order is produced specifically for you after purchase by one of our trusted print fulfillment partners — Printful, Printify, or Mayzing — and shipped directly to your address. We do not hold pre-made inventory; every product is printed and dispatched fresh for each order.
2. Production Time
Production time is the time required to print, quality-check, and package your order before it is handed to the shipping carrier.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Production begins after your payment is confirmed.
3. Shipping Time
After production is complete, your order is handed to a shipping carrier. Estimated shipping times by destination:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier capacity, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size:
- Free shipping on orders over $75.00 USD (most destinations)
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $75.00
- Final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package with the relevant carrier (typically USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or a local postal service depending on your location). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive your shipping notification.
If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@favoprint.com.
6. International Shipping & Customs
Favoprint ships to most countries worldwide. For international orders:
- Your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authority
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees
- We have no control over customs processing and cannot predict these charges
- Customs processing may add additional time to your delivery estimate
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Favoprint is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you and may request additional shipping fees to resend the order.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your delivery location, with neighbors, and with your building management
- Wait 1–2 additional business days as carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered early
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us at support@favoprint.com — we will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue
9. Delays
Delivery delays may occur during:
- Public holidays or high-volume shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)
- Extreme weather events or natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions or strikes
- Customs processing in the destination country
